Welcome! Just a short intro so you can get to know me a bit better!
I am a mother of two, step mother to four and happily married wife to husband Ken with two fur-baby dachshunds living in beautiful Golden, Colorado. My private practice is in my home and also on a global platform which allows me to be available for sessions with clients worldwide. My life is filled with joy and peace now, but it wasn't always this way!
As we all do, I had my share of years of challenges that sometimes felt insurmountable. To say I struggled would be an understatement. I went through several abusive relationships, suffered from self-esteem issues, overwhelm and exhaustion. Somehow, I was destined to continue to grow through these experiences, and I know now, needed to go through them in order to learn what I needed to be able to share with others that there is a better way, and that there is hope and light at the end of whatever tunnel you are going through.
I started out as a Massage Therapist in 1993, and then added many other healing modalities such as Reiki, Esthetics (Skin care), Life and Spiritual Coaching, Personal Training and Nutrition certifications etc. I developed a corporate wellness company, and worked in many different professional settings throughout my career.
I have always had an affinity for nature and animals. Since the beginning of my life I always felt a strong connection to what I would refer to as God or the Divine, although I was not raised with religion or any formal spiritual practices. Eventually I found a little monthly magazine called Science of Mind, which really resonated with me. This really lead me onto my spiritual path in Ernest (no pun intended) and sought out my own private spiritual path with a hunger and determination that continues today.
When I started my massage therapy career in 1993 I would often get into a trance state and feel that spirit was working through my hands, I felt like I could go for hours and it felt so peaceful. I know now that even then I was channeling spiritual energy and light, though I didn't have a name for it. Later, I started getting spiritual messages for may clients, which then lead to me seeking out mentors in the spiritual field that really opened me up to embracing my abilities and improving and strengthening them.
My greatest joy is to coach and channel for others, especially those who are rebuilding their lives after divorce or loss. I look forward to sharing with you a personal message of love and clarity, a precious priceless gift that must be experienced.

I provide sessions for those interested in opening to lasting positive change through coaching.
In person: Sessions are an hour in length and begin with a pre-session getting to know you intake (prior to your initial session) so that we can discuss your intentions and goals and helps me learn more about you, your personality and what techniques would be most helpful to you.
Coaching provides you with tools that you will integrate in your life now and well into the future as needed. It empowers you to take charge of creating that which you seek to change in a positive and growth oriented way. Coaching is different from psychotherapy which generally deals with mental health issues. Coaching gives you the power to transform your own life, is uplifting and positive and proactive. You will not be going to sessions again and again to discuss the past and feel like you're not moving forward. That can be very frustrating. This is why I really like being a coach, because it's all up to you. If you really want change, we can get you there, and it doesn't have to be painful. You get out what you put in!
Coaching Sessions- 60 min each, can be via phone, zoom or in person. We will create a understanding together or what change you want to see in your life, and create together a plan that is workable and sustainable. Coaching is like having a best friend that is always there for you, for guidance and to keep you accountable. Everyone's journey is individual and techniques used to get the results you desire are custom tailored to your specific personality and needs.
Most clients have multiple sessions until the progress they seek has been integrated into their lives and they are happy with their results. However, frequency and duration is really dependent on the individual. You will need to be open, willing and have the desire to create change in your life as you will be the captain of your own ship while I help you navigate the sea of your life into smoother sailing :) Ready for positive change? Whether you are local or live on another continent, there is no distance too great for love. Channeling is connecting to spiritual energy aka Angelic, Archangel, spirit guide, departed loved ones and even faery energy. These loving spiritual entities have a much higher vibration than we do as human bodies are dense and require a lower frequency as such. By raising my energy and them lowering theirs a bit, we connect and are able to communicate with each other through impressions- verbally, written, through images and what's called claircognizance- a process of downloaded information into thought that is then given to the 'sitter' (the person being read for). Often times it is information that validates your own inner knowing. Clients typically have questions about love, money, finances, decisions they are making, health and more. What you can be sure of is a message that is formed out of love and a genuine wish to help you know that you are never alone, the angels are always just a question away.
During a session I will first do a short meditation with to you prepare us both for receiving spiritual energy and to raise our vibration. We will go through a process of clearing your body's energy centers (chakras) and opening your heart in order to fully open to the channeling session. Then I will ask angels to surround and protect us as is always done prior to a channeling session. While I have never had any negative energies try to connect with me, it is a process I learned and it also helps the sitter to feel totally at ease knowing they are divinely protected during the entire channeling session. Then, I connect with the divine realm and our session begins with a message to you of love and light from the spirit world. After some time, you will have a chance to ask a few questions or seek clarification on anything that was discussed. Verbal sessions are recorded and written sessions are transcribed and sent to you for future reference.

I've been a licensed massage therapist since 1993. It has been my lifelong love and passion and has been a natural partner for spiritual energy to flow through.
Over the past I have worked with Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices, resort spas, Wellness Centers, in private practice and in Dr. offices. Currently I work from my relaxing home studio.
I have an integrative style that combines Swedish Esalen, and trigger point/neuromuscular therapy with intentional energy healing.

While I have always channeled a form of spiritual healing energy since starting my career in 1993, it wasn't until eight years ago that I formally became a Reiki Master.
What is Reiki Healing Energy? Well, in simple terms, it is a form of spiritual energy that flows through the Reiki Master and into the client, (human, animal or plant). It can be done in person or remotely and there is no distance when it comes to energy.
In a Reiki session I first scan your energetic field for imbalances and then clear your chakras. I walk you through that process so that between sessions you can practice clearing them yourself as well.
The divine energy is then channeled through the giver to the receiver. The energy has its own perfect intelligence and will go to work healing the individual wherever and in whatever way is needed be it emotional, spiritual, or physical.
If the session is in person, the recipient is fully clothed and the practitioner applies very light pressure with the hands or keeps the hands about 6-18" above the body while the healing energy does it's work.
Some clients feel warmth and tingling, others feel as if they are floating, and your experience can vary from session to session.
Reiki sessions can be done with or without channeling. A Reiki Channeling session is 60 minutes in length and can be done in person or remotely.
